Google Play uploads currently create releases without localized notes and leave naming to Google.
play_releasenow sets the name toVersion <versionName>from the checked-out app configuration and uploads the existing English/Russian changelogs for the AAB version code returned by Google Play.The metadata directory is explicit and absolute. Store listing text, images and screenshots remain excluded. English/Russian documentation describes the shared release-note files and requires running from the checkout/tag matching the AAB.
Validation: Ruby syntax and diff checks passed. All 20 existing Fastlane smoke scenarios passed with updated expectations; a further integration check exercised Fastlane's actual track/metadata uploader with a fake API client and verified
Version 0.1.1, exact EN/RU14000.txtcontents, and no listing/image writes.bundle exec fastlane android testpassed locally (native race tests, Android JVM/Compose tests, lint, debug/release builds and unsigned APK verification). PR CI runs the required suites.
